Upside Stories is an online psychology practice with a focus on growth and positive ageing from early-midlife onwards.

At Upside Stories, we help people through midlife and later life, who are experiencing mental health concerns as they navigate difficult life transitions or seek growth. Some of these stories aren’t unique to ageing but are shaped by health and wellbeing in earlier chapters.

Online therapy lets you talk to an experienced psychologist anywhere you have internet or mobile coverage.

Our telehealth sessions—much like a regular video call—use secure video software, called Coviu.

It’s a simple and private way to get support, even if you live far away, have trouble getting around, are travelling, or have a busy schedule. Clients join our online therapy sessions from all sorts of places!
