My passion for inclusion, empowerment, and growth as we age, those who are lifelong explorers and in LGBTQIA+ communities, is backed by 15 years’ clinical practice, research, and university teaching.

I’m here to help you navigate life’s plot twists and turns — the difficult roles and transitions, wellbeing and mental health concerns—that can shape our stories towards midlife and beyond.
